Do all people accept what God has made known? "His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen" (Romans 1:20). They "exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man" (Romans 1:23).
Did they accept God's revelation to them? "God made it evident to them" (Romans 1:19) and "they knew God" (Ro 1:21). "They exchanged the truth of God for a lie" (Romans 1:25) and "did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer" (Ro 1:28).
Do all accept "the righteousness of God [which] is revealed from faith to faith" (Romans 1:17)? "That which is known about God is evident to them" (Romans 1:19) so that "they are without excuse" (Ro 1:20). "They did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but became futile in their speculations" (Romans 1:21).
Does Descarte's philosophy authenticate secular humanism? He states "I am [therefore] I exist" as an a-priori principle. God says "I AM WHO I AM" (Exodus 3:14) and "there is no God besides Me" (Isaiah 44:6).
Does today's modern worldview coincide with God's revelation? "They know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death" (Romans 1:32). "They served the creature rather than the Creator" (Romans 1:25) and "their foolish heart was darkened" (Ro 1:21).
